I just want to say I’m actually really proud of myself! Feelin’ a cold stomach after a workout feels amazing. My reason for wanting to lose some weight? To be confident and happy within my own skin. I’m doing the 30 Day Shred and this is my 2nd day. The burn is amazing.

I hate Jillian Micheals ; but she’s gonna make my body look phenomonal.

I had some problems with the leg exercises today since I’m so sore. \; & I’ve been doing Blogilates.

Well,today is the beginning of my journey; for breakfast I had a tomato-mushroom & cheese omlet, with Yogi weight loss tea. Then mid-afternoon I just made a blackberry,blueberry & strawberry smoothie! Along with doing a workout plan inspired by tumblr; you take two cups one with ‘DAILY WORKOUT’ written on it,the other ‘DONE (: ’ and everyday you pull out a workout. Then I did a 12 minute workout video, then later is pilates & a jog! :D 

Tonight I might download the 30 day shred, who liked it & had good results?
